Shipping Territory & Costs
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. All prices are charged in United States Dollars (USD $).

Free Local Store Pickup (Santee)
If you live near the store, you can skip shipping altogether. We offer free local pickup at:

Pickup orders are typically ready within 2 hours during regular store hours.
How to Order for Store Pickup
- Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Select Local Pickup as your shipping method (when available).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is packed and ready to collect.
- Bring a copy of the confirmation email (printed or on your phone) when you visit.
Tracking & Delivery Accuracy
Once your order ships, we email a shipping confirmation containing the carrier name, tracking number, and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Reshipment fees may apply if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delivery Issues & Damages
| Damaged in Transit | report any damage within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos of the item and its packaging. |

| Lost Packages | if tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us so we can open a carrier investigation. |
